Cruise ships sailing Northern Europe during the summer months will often reposition to the Mediterranean in September and return the following May. Leaving from the main UK ports, cruises will follow the coast of Western Europe, through the Straits of Gibraltar and into the Mediterranean. Once in the Med a variety of itineraries may be offered in the Western or Eastern Caribbean.
